You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use this App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
The App is designed to assist with note-taking, knowledge management, and learning. While we strive to provide accurate summaries and learning materials, you should use the App as a learning tool and not solely rely on it for academic assignments or examinations.
The content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Fuyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
When you submit content (including text, audio, images, documents, and links) to the App, you retain any copyright you may have in your content. However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
The notes, summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and other content generated by our AI are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of all generated content. Users should verify the information and use critical thinking in their learning process.
We may use third-party analytics services to collect certain data for advertising and analytics purposes. This data may include device identifiers and advertising identifiers. For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the App:
• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• To submit inappropriate, illegal, or non-academic content
• To engage in academic dishonesty, including cheating on tests or exams
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate others
• To interfere with other users' learning experience
• For any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
We accept payments through Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Our refund policy is subject to the terms of Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please refer to their respective policies for more information.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App and delete your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fuyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by sending a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:
• Amicable negotiation between the parties
• Mediation
• Arbitration in Hong Kong, if the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation
